- CityMUN Abuja will be held at Bolingo Xperia Hotel, Abuja.
- CityMUN Lagos will be held at Golfview Hotel, Ikeja, Lagos.
- The registration fee is Two Hundred US Dollars ($200) or its equivalent in Naira per participant.
- For foreign delegates, the fee is Five Hundred US Dollars ($500).
- Note: The final amount may vary depending on your choice of hotel accommodation.
- Students in Secondary Schools and Tertiary Institutions (universities, colleges, polytechnics) are eligible to participate.
- Tertiary institution students may attend as individuals.
- Secondary school students must attend under the supervision of a chaperone or faculty advisor from their school.

- No. Delegates must remain at the hotel and only leave as a group when heading to the conference venue.
- Movement is strictly coordinated and must be approved by faculty advisors and the conference secretariat
- Yes, but only under the following conditions:
- The faculty advisor must be informed in advance
- The Secretariat must approve the visit
- Visits must not interfere with scheduled activities
- Yes. There will be security personnel at the hotel and conference venue.
- Faculty advisors and chaperones will supervise secondary school delegates throughout.
- Delegates will be housed in standard hotel rooms, grouped by gender and school.
- Delegates are not permitted to share rooms with members of the opposite sex.
- Strict rules regarding room visitation and curfew will be enforced.
- Yes. Delegates will be given meal tickets which must be presented to access breakfast, lunch, and dinner at designated times.
- Committees and countries are assigned based on preferences (where possible) and availability.
- Assignments will be communicated before the conference.
- Refunds are generally not available after payment. However, substitutions may be allowed if communicated early. See refund policy in the delegates handbook.
