Registration Fee and Payment

Every delegate or chaperon is expected to pay a registration fee which covers for hotel accommodation, feeding (breakfast, lunch, dinner and tea breaks), transportation within the city, medical care all through the conference period, attendance to the Diplomatic Dinner/participation to all special events and provision of other conference materials like conference t-shirt, writing materials etc. •** Registration for delegates continues till September 12, 2021. Any registration or payment after this date will attract a 10% surcharge.**

REFUND Terms and Conditions

  1. Any cancellation by the organizers due to any unforeseen severe circumstances, the delegates will be given a 100% refund.
  2. Any cancellation by delegates or delegation, 20% administrative fee would be deducted before a refund is made.
  3. Any cancellation by any delegate or delegation 30 days before the conference, only substitution can be accepted, not a refund.
  4. For cancellation due to visa rejection (for international delegates), the representatives will get a 100% refund. The delegates should inform us approximately 35 days before the event.
  5. There shall be no refund of payment 30 days to the conference. However, swapping of delegates is allowed.
